Ingredients
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup Water
- 2 tsp Hot curry paste
- 2 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 tsp Ginger minced
- ½ tsp Madras curry powder
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- ½ tsp Ground cumin
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Ground coriander
- 3 cups Broccoli florets fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Cooked chicken diced
- Fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients except chicken and broccoli in medium bowl.
- Add chicken and broccoli and stir.
- Transfer to casserole and cover.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving
