
The broiler pan. There has been one in every home I’ve lived in, but until recently I’ve never used it.

I have discovered that it is an incredible tool for cooking bacon! There is no spattering and most of the grease drips into the bottom of the pan.

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place the strips of bacon in a single layer on top of the slots. The strips can overlap a little. One package should fit.
- Halfway through cooking, separate the strips using tongs.
- Cook in oven for about 20 minutes until desired doneness.
A spray of all-purpose cleaner makes clean-up easy.
