Buying spices in bulk saves you money, but refilling the spice jars can be a hassle and I have an easy solution.
Here’s what you do:
- Take a clean piece of notepad paper and roll it into a cone so the small end fits into the opening of your spice jar.
- Staple or tape the cone so it holds its shape.
- If you are refilling multiple jars of different spices, start with the less potent spices first and tap the funnel clean between each spice.
- When you’re finished, simply throw the paper into the compost, after removing the staple or tape.
