We are halfway through summer already! I hope you have had some time to enjoy it!
Here on Prince Edward Island, Canada we have been having a beautiful sunny summer.
The hot summer days of July were most certainly filled with time spent outdoors with family and friends.
Some of my favourite things about summer are growing a garden, eating the fresh local seafood and produce and preserving the flavours of summer for the long winter months ahead.
